The Angels reportedly are in serious talks with free agent outfielder/DH Hideki Matsui according to ESPN.com's Jayson Stark. If the deal happens, Matsui would most likely replace Vladimir Guerrero as the team's DH.
Update: According to ESPN's Buster Olney via Twitter the deal is official. It is worth about $6.5 million for one year.
