Is Chad Ochocinco Really Going to be Fined for Honoring Late Teammate?

News came about yesterday that the NFL Players Association (NFLPA) would pay any fine that Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco would incur for wearing number 15 to honor late teammate Chris Henry in today's game against the Chargers.  That is against the rules however.  Instead, the NFLPA will match the fine amount Ochocinco would receive and donate it to a memorial fund in Henry's name.

I know Ochocinco has made receiving fines a weekly tradition with his numerous post touchdown celebrations, but the NFL is way off base on this one.  It is totally ridiculous in this instance and they should just turn the other cheek.  I applaud the NFLPA for stepping up on Ochoconco's behalf but it shouldn't even be necessary for them to do so.
