Mike Trout's Salary for 2014 Just Nearly Doubled

Mike Trout and the Angels have agreed to terms on a 1-year $1 million deal for the 2014 season. That's a significant raise from the paltry $510,000 he got last year.

This news leads me to that a bigger extension is hopefully on the horizon possibly starting with the 2015 season.  All in all, I'm still cautiously optimistic that something will get done.  Until that happens, I will be anxiously biting my nails!  Just kidding!
